چکیده
Breast cancer remains one of the most frequent malignancies in women and primary cause cancer-related death all over world. Hormones tumor biomarkers have been implicated as possible causes prognostic breast cancer. The present study investigated use serum hormonal levels biomarkers; Carcinoembrvonic antigen (CEA), (CA 15-3) for diagnosis Cancer, generation different subtypes using Estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone (PR), human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2). This is a cross-sectional comprising 120 subjects; sixty patients, apparently healthy who served control. One hundred twenty blood samples were collected analyzed estrogen, progesterone, antigen, antigen. results showed that peak age incidence was 40-49 years. Majority (56.7%) cases menopausal women, while 43.3% their premenopausal period. Serum concentrations elevated significantly (p<0.05) patients than control group. Premenopausal higher estradiol, those during postmenopausal HER2 negative subtype (50.0%) prevalent 8.4% triple (ER–/PR–/HER2–) cases, 1.7% positive (ER+/PR+/HER2+) cases. strongly associated with changes especially estrogen periods women. Thus, determination concentration statuses could help prognosis

BACKGROUND As kidney function declines, there is a progressive deterioration in mineral homeostasis with disruption of normal serum and tissue concentration of phosphorus and calcium, and changes in circulating levels of hormones-parathyroid hormone (PTH), calcitriol (1,25(OH)2 D), and Fibroblast growth factor-23 (FGF-23). OBJECTIVE This study was aimed at determining the prevalence of marker...
متن کاملPre and post chemotherapy evaluation of breast cancer patients: Biochemical approach of serum selenium and antioxidant enzymes
Backgrounds: Chemotherapy for treatment of breast cancer uses some drugs to target and destroy the cancer cells. However, most of antineoplastic treatments are non-specific and the innate cells will be damaged. In this study, the effect of Adriamycin/Cytoxan (AC) chemotherapy on status of antioxidant enzymes and Se levels in breast cancer patients was evaluated. Methods: A prospective study, i...
متن کاملEvaluation of tumor markers in southern Indian breast cancer patients.
Tumor markers are biochemical substances elaborated by tumor cells either due to the cause or effect of malignant processes. Here we investigated serum levels of cancer antigen (CA15.3) and carcino embryonic antigen (CEA) in 153 pre and post operated southern Indian breast cancer patients (stage-I- 45, stage-II-55, stage-III- 53 samples) and 37 normal controls.Patients with malignant lesions ha...
